Staff across the wider group
Level 2 Home Survey (Survey Only): This includes all the features of the Level 1 Home Survey, along with a more in-depth inspection of areas like the roof space and drainage chambers. It offers advice on defects that may impact the property and outlines necessary maintenance or repairs. This option is suitable if you’re buying or selling a standard house, flat, or bungalow made of common materials and in reasonable condition.
